Terms of Use
Last updated 27 October 2026
DPMi360 is digital project monitoring and intelligence software built for professional site-monitoring companies, provided by White Sun Private Limited (M. Jeymuge, Majeedhee Magu, 20290, Male', Maldives). It covers inspections, digital site imagery, document & compliance tracking, programme tracking, reporting and AI-assisted drafting, on the web and in the DPMi360 mobile apps. DPMi360 is not a substitute for a licensed engineer, surveyor, or lawyer, and using it does not itself satisfy any regulatory or contractual obligation your organization has. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. Accounts are created by invitation only — you cannot sign yourself up. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, authenticator app and recovery codes secure and for anything done under your account. An organization's administrators control who is invited and what each member can access, and White Sun may deactivate an account to protect the service or when an organization asks.
2. Your data
Your organization owns the inspections, documents, imagery, and records it puts into DPMi360. You give us the right to store and process that data only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models for anyone outside your own account. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
3. AI-assisted features
DPMi360 uses AI to draft report narratives, answer questions about a project, summarize project health, suggest details from a photo, extract details from a document and suggest a transcript of a voice note — always from your own data and only when you ask. AI output is always a proposal: a draft only fills fields you still review and approve; an AI answer is never treated as a finding or a compliance determination on its own. AI can be wrong, and never creates or changes a record on your behalf.
4. The mobile apps
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the DPMi360 apps on devices you own or control, to work for an organization that uses DPMi360. The apps are downloaded from Apple's App Store or Google Play and also subject to those stores' terms; Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and have no obligation to support the apps. The apps ask permission for your camera, photos, microphone, location and notifications, and keep working data on your phone so you can work offline; keep your phone locked and tell your administrator if it is lost so its sessions can be signed out. We may update or change the apps, and may require an update to keep using them.
5. Connected services
An organization's administrators can ask White Sun to connect DPMi360 to other White Sun products, such as WS Ledger (accounting figures shown beside a project) and MV Sign (sending documents and reports for signature). Those products have their own terms, and what is sent to them is described in the Privacy Policy. Accounting figures are shown for information and are never edited from DPMi360. A signature is made and verified in MV Sign, not in DPMi360.
6. Reports and filings
DPMi360 helps you compile reports, including the Ministry of Tourism quarterly progress report. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what it enters and for filing anything with the Ministry or any other authority — DPMi360 does not file on your behalf. A report or quarter that has been approved or filed is locked; a correction is made as a new revision, and the earlier one is kept.
7. Payment
Plans and pricing are agreed directly with our team, and paid by bank transfer — DPMi360 has no self-serve checkout and never asks for card details. If a payment is not made, we may mark a project past-due, and after notice we may set your organization to read-only: you can still sign in and view your data, but cannot add or change anything until the account is reactivated. You can ask us for a copy of your data at any time.
8. Acceptable use
- No unlawful use, and no use that infringes anyone else's rights.
- No attempting to breach security, probe, or disrupt the service.
- No reverse-engineering the software.
- No sharing your login credentials outside your own organization.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep DPMi360 available, but it is provided as is: there may be maintenance or interruptions, and we may change or retire features, with reasonable notice where we can.
10. Ending your use
You or your organization can stop using DPMi360 at any time. We may suspend or end access that breaks these terms or puts the service or other customers at risk. When an organization ends, it can ask for its data; after that we delete or anonymize it as the Privacy Policy describes, apart from records we must keep. You can ask for your own account to be deleted from the Security page on the web or Settings in the app.
11. Ownership
The DPMi360 software, design and brand belong to White Sun Private Limited. These terms give you the right to use them as described here, not to own or copy them.
12. Liability
DPMi360 is provided as a monitoring and reporting tool, not a guarantee of any particular project outcome, and without warranties beyond those the law does not allow us to exclude. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for DPMi360 in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; we tell your organization's administrators about changes that matter, and continuing to use DPMi360 after a change means you accept it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Maldives, and any dispute is resolved in the courts of the Maldives.
